Environmental influences cause early skin aging
Especially on our face and hands these influences make our skin looking older than it is. This premature aging process and adequate sun damage is manifested in a thicker horny layer in our epidermis and a decrease of elastic fibres in the dermis. Wrinkles are appearing. Our target is to remove these wrinkles, to acquire an obviously younger appearance.
Actually we divide the treatment of wrinkles into three sections:
Laser treatment
Vaporisation of the epidermis with CO2 Laser for creating a new surface or
remodelling of the collagen fibres by non-ablative lasers
Treatment with mechanical and chemical peels
Abrasion of the upper layer of the epidermis with microcrystals or dissolving with chemical substances
Treatment with synthetic substances
Paralyzing of mimic wrinkles with Botox or Dysport, filling of wrinkles with substances like Stylage, New Fill or Bio-Alcamid
